1. Acquire Documentation: Access the secure link below to download the official Youth Talent Foundation School Roster Template.
2. Complete the Roster: Accurately provide all required institutional details, alongside the names, email address, year group for each nominated student.
3. Submit the Roster: Upload the completed documentation via the secure submission interface located at the bottom of this page. Note that each designated Olympiad disciplines requires one distinct form submission.
